This new, 75-minute class will include a (slightly) shortened version of Medical Qigong for Older Adults and an introduction to Dr. Paul Lam’s, “Tai Chi for Memory”.
Qigong is a program of simple yet profound exercises taken from the ancient Taoist traditions and Chinese medical system. By coordinating breath and movement in enjoyable, easy to learn patterns and stretches, we move together towards optimum health and well-being.
